1. Get a Quote & Onboarding
The first step is to hop on a quick call and discuss your website needs and determine if we are a good fit to work together. Once we agree on the quote and timeline, we start with a deep dive into your brand. We review your existing website (if you have one). The process here will be slightly different if you are in need of a website redesign, or launching a brand new website. But the objective will remain the same: to learn about your brand and your goals to ensure that the web design and development is aligned with your business.
Up next is the ideation phase. Here, we draft some web design mockups/ideas. It's our way to nail the look and feel before designing all the pages and all the details.
2. Design & Development
We have an iterative and agile approach to our work, especially during the web design. Instead of waiting eight to twelve weeks to show you the designs, we like to share our progress along the way to make sure the site is fully aligned to the vision. This process is all about feedback and making improvements as needed. We work in Figma where you can easily view the pages as we go. During this time, we also work with you or your marketing team to create the content for the site.
Next is web development time! Once we have a fully designed site, we kick off the build. It's our time to work heads-down on the site. Depending on the timeline and agreement, we may even run this in parallel with the design, all while maintaining integrity to the brand and the goals.
3. Test and Launch
The final step before going live is the testing and quality assurance. We perform a site audit and walk through our detailed checklist to double and triple check that the site is optimized for all devices.
After the launch we are able to help you make optimizations, especially on the lead conversion side. Through tracking and reporting tools, we'll be able to make recommendations to help your site perform better and better.
